Common use of Interference with Construction Clause in Contracts

Interference with Construction. Prior to the Commencement Date, Tenant shall not put any property in the Premises or enter into or upon the Premises or interfere with the progress of construction or with workmen, and Tenant shall not permit such entry or interference by others. Landlord will not be liable for any injury resulting from Tenant’s breach of this paragraph.
