Common use of Interference with Employee Relationships Clause in Contracts

Interference with Employee Relationships. During the Restricted Period, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, as executive, agent, consultant, stockholder, director, co-partner or in any other individual or representative capacity, without the prior written consent of the Company, employ or engage, recruit or solicit for employment or engagement, any individual who is employed or engaged by the Company at that time, or has been employed or engaged by the Company during the six (6) months prior thereto, or otherwise seek to influence or alter any such individual's relationship with the Company.
