Interference With Other Tenants. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way materially obstruct or unreasonably interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the property or injure or unreasonably annoy them, neither shall Tenant use or allow the Premises to be used for any unlawful or objectionable purpose, nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in or about the Premises.
