Common use of Interference with Tenant’s Business Clause in Contracts

Interference with Tenant’s Business. With respect to any provision of this Lease which entitles or requires Landlord to make improvements, alterations or repairs to the Premises, the Building or the Common Area, Landlord agrees that such work shall not materially interfere with Tenant’s use and enjoyment of the Premises. Landlord shall endeavor to perform any such work so as to minimize disruption to Tenant’s business where reasonably possible.
