Interfering with Other Relations Clause Samples
The "Interfering with Other Relations" clause prohibits one party from intentionally disrupting or negatively impacting the business relationships or contractual agreements that the other party maintains with third parties. In practice, this clause may prevent actions such as soliciting a partner’s clients, persuading suppliers to break contracts, or otherwise causing harm to existing business arrangements. Its core function is to protect the integrity of each party’s external relationships and to prevent unfair competitive practices or damages that could arise from interference.
