Common use of Interim Eviction Clause in Contracts

Interim Eviction. Residents investigated for potential violations under the Residence Contract, the University’s Resolution of Non- Academic Misconduct Allegations Policy (#AC1300), Sexualized Violence Prevention & Response Policy (#GV0245); or other University policies may be temporarily removed from residence or relocated pending the outcome of an investigation. In these circumstances, the resident may be required to find alternative accommodation off campus. During this interim removal the resident may not be permitted in the Residence Complex.
