Lock-Outs. No lock-out of ASF Members shall be instituted by the Employer during the term of this Agreement.

Lock-Outs. If Resident is locked out of the Premises, Landlord will admit Resident, after proper identification has been provided, at no charge during rental office hours and for a fee of Thirty Dollars ($30) outside of rental office hours.
Lock-Outs. No lock-out of a teacher or group of teachers shall be engaged in, sanctioned or supported by the Employer or its representatives during the term of this Agreement.

Lock-Outs. There will be a $25.00 lock-out charge for after-hours lock-outs. It is the responsibility of the resident’s that they and their children have keys to their apartment.
Lock-Outs. Resident shall not change the locks to the doors of the Unit or the Bedroom. If Resident requests that Landlord change the locks to the Bedroom, the Unit and/or the mailbox, the Lock Change Fee will be assessed to Resident. In the event of a lockout, Resident shall contact the Management Office. Landlord may, but is not obligated, to provide after-hours lockout service and, if so provided, the After-Hours Lockout Fee shall apply. In the event of an emergency, Resident should call 9-1-1.
Lock-Outs. If a resident is locked out, a lock‐out key may be requested from the Residence Services Office. Photo ID is required to receive a lock‐out key. The lock‐out key is only issued to the resident who can prove they are an occupant of the locked room. The resident cannot authorize or send someone else to sign out a key on their behalf. The resident will have 30 minutes to unlock the room and return the lock‐out key to the Residence Services Office. All lock‐out instances will be recorded. Between September and April three free lock‐outs are allowed; for each additional lock‐out $20 will be charged to the resident’s account. If lock‐out keys are not returned within 24 hours from when they are borrowed, a lock change will occur and all associated costs charged to the resident’s account. If keys are left out of the area (i.e. in another city) the Residence Services Office staff will temporarily sign out a set of keys while the original keys are in transit. This will be recorded by staff as one instance of a lock‐out and if the temporary set is not returned within the specified timeframe, a lock change will occur and all associated costs charged to the resident’s account. See Schedule B s. 4.10 When a resident moves out of residence, they are responsible to return all keys to the Residence Services Office. Failure to return keys will result in a lock change and all associated costs will be charged to the resident’s account.
