Interim General Manager. As of the Effective Date and subject to completion of the transactions contemplated herein, the Purchaser shall make an offer of employment to the person who was the Interim General Manager of the Vendor as of the date of the Memorandum of Understanding. Such person will initially support the Chief Executive Officer of the Purchaser in merger execution and then act as part of the leadership team of the Purchaser.
