Common use of Interim Measures from the Courts in Aid of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Interim Measures from the Courts in Aid of Arbitration. At any time after submission of a written notice of a Dispute, any party may request a court of competent jurisdiction to grant interim measures of protection including without limitation temporary, preliminary, and injunctive relief: (a) to prevent the destruction of documents and other information or things related to the Dispute, or (b) to prevent the wasting or hiding of assets. Such injunctive relief shall be enforceable in any country and neither Licensee or Licensee's Affiliates shall oppose such enforcement.
