Interim Payment Date Reports. By no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the Business Day before each Interim Payment Date on which there is a VFN Outstanding and on which the Full Amortization Periods have not yet begun, the Indenture Trustee shall prepare and deliver to the Issuer, the Calculation Agent, the Administrator, the Paying Agent, the Administrative Agent and each VFN Holder a report (an “Interim Payment Date Report”) reporting the following for such Interim Payment Date and the Advance Collection Period preceding such Interim Payment Date:
