Common use of Interim Reimbursement Payment Amount Clause in Contracts

Interim Reimbursement Payment Amount. Subject to Sections 3.5 and 3.13, Hospital covenants and agrees with Project Co to pay to Project Co the Interim Reimbursement Payment Amount and the applicable Value Added Taxes on the Interim Reimbursement Payment Date.
