Common use of Interim Reimbursement Payment Amount Clause in Contracts

Interim Reimbursement Payment Amount. (a) Subject to Sections 4.4 and 4.11, Owner covenants and agrees to pay to Project Co the Interim Reimbursement Payment Amount and the applicable Value Added Tax on the Interim Reimbursement Payment Date. For greater certainty, the Parties acknowledge that the Interim Reimbursement Payment is net of any Legislative Holdback required to be maintained by Owner.
