Interim Relief and Tolling. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, nothing in this Section 11.6 shall preclude either Party from seeking interim or provisional relief, including a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction or other interim equitable relief concerning a Dispute following the ADR procedures set forth in Section 11.6.2, if necessary to protect the interests of such Party. This Section shall be specifically enforceable.
