INTERIOR PAINTING Clause Samples

The INTERIOR PAINTING clause defines the requirements and standards for painting work to be performed inside a building or property. It typically outlines the areas to be painted, the types of paint and materials to be used, and any necessary preparation or protection of surfaces and furnishings. For example, it may specify that all walls, ceilings, and trim in designated rooms must receive two coats of a specified paint color and finish. The core function of this clause is to ensure that interior painting is completed to agreed-upon specifications, thereby preventing disputes over quality, scope, or materials used.
