Fire Sprinkler System. If the building requires a fire sprinkler system, tenants must be made aware of the existence or nonexistence of the fire sprinkler system before moving into a residential unit. This must be printed in not less than twelve-point boldface type in a singular font. If there is a sprinkler system in the building, the Landlord shall provide the last date of inspection in at least twelve-point boldface type in a uniform font. This is to satisfy § 47a-3f(b) of the Connecticut State Legislature.
Fire Sprinkler System. The main fire sprinkler system is provided but does not include relocation of sprinkler heads to their final configuration.

b. Water Flow Devices

2. Test 100% of the fire alarm system quarterly each calendar year to include, but not limited to, the following:
a. Water Flow Devices
Fire Sprinkler System. Landlord will provide a main fire line stubbed through the Premises and a layout of upright heads for shell construction as required by code.

Fire Sprinkler System. Automatic wet pipe fire protection sprinkler system in accordance with state and local regulations based on a standard layout for the Premises consisting of:
(a) Sprinkler, mains and branch service lines
(b) Wet, automatic light hazard sprinkler system with upright brass heads with a maximum protection area per head of 225 square feet. Any deviation from the regular grid pattern or modifications to the fire sprinkler system installed by Landlord required as the result of the installation of Tenant's Improvements or Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises shall be performed by Landlord's sprinkler contractor at Tenant's expense.

Fire Sprinkler System. Sound Transit shall be responsible for maintenance of the fire sprinkler system in the Airport Station, the International Boulevard Bridge and the International Boulevard Plaza up to the Port’s water meter located west of the Station.
