Interior’s Second Notice Option. In addition to the Notice described in section 1.d, above, Interior Defendants reserve the right to issue a Second Notice after the Fairness Hearing, with such Second Notice containing detailed information regarding the Accounting/Trust Administration Fund and the Land Consolidation Program. The cost of this Second Notice would be a separate expense borne by Interior Defendants.
