INTERLINE SERVICE CHARGE. 10.1. The billing Party agrees to pay the document issuing Party the Interline Service Charge in accordance with the applicable IATA Resolution, or if no applicable IATA Resolution is in effect, then only such Interline Service Charge as the Parties hereto may otherwise agree.
