Common use of Intermediary Tandem Switching Clause in Contracts

Intermediary Tandem Switching. BellSouth will provide intermediary tandem switching and transport services for Satcom’s connection of its end user to a local end user of another CLEC where both CLECs are connected at the same tandem and termination of calls is authorized.
