Common use of Intermingling of Units Clause in Contracts

Intermingling of Units. The County-Assisted Units are to be comprised of (i) four (4) three- or four-bedroom Units, (ii) four (4) two-bedroom Units, and (iii) two (2) Units of any size. The County-Assisted Units are to be intermingled throughout the Development and of comparable quality to all other Units. All Tenants must have equal access to and enjoyment of all common facilities in the Development.
