Intermodal Transportation Services. During the term of the Agreement, Broker may perform certain intermodal transportation services (“Intermodal Services”) in accordance with terms of this Intermodal Transportation Addendum. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ makes no minimum commitment of work, time or compensation to Broker hereunder. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will request that Broker provide the Intermodal Services, if at all, only on an as-needed basis, such need to be determined in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole discretion.
