InterMTA Traffic is notnot Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, Measured Internet Traffic or Ancillary Traffic. For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.
