Internal Cross-References Clause Samples
The Internal Cross-References clause establishes how different sections or provisions within the same contract refer to each other. It typically clarifies that references to sections, clauses, or schedules are to those within the current agreement, ensuring that readers do not mistakenly interpret them as references to external documents. This clause helps maintain clarity and consistency throughout the contract, reducing the risk of confusion or misinterpretation regarding which parts of the agreement are being referenced.
