Internal Lighting Sample Clauses
The Internal Lighting clause sets out the requirements and standards for lighting systems within the interior spaces of a building or facility. It typically specifies the types of lighting fixtures to be used, their placement, energy efficiency standards, and minimum illumination levels to ensure adequate visibility and comfort. By clearly defining these parameters, the clause ensures that internal lighting is safe, functional, and compliant with relevant regulations, thereby preventing disputes over lighting adequacy and supporting occupant well-being.
