Minimum Equipment Requirements. Customer shall maintain certain minimum equipment and software to receive the Internet Service (see xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx for the current specifications). The minimum configuration standards may change, and Spectrum will make reasonable efforts to support previously acceptable configurations; however, Spectrum is not obligated to continue to provide such support. Spectrum may supply Spectrum Equipment such as modems, gateways, routers, or wireless cards, for a fee, to operate the Internet Service. Spectrum reserves the right to provide service only to users with Spectrum-approved equipment. Customer acknowledges that such Spectrum Equipment may require updates and/or changes to the software resident in the Spectrum Equipment and that Customer may be required to perform such updates and/or changes. Customer hereby authorizes Spectrum to perform updates or changes, on-site or remotely from time to time as Spectrum deems necessary, in Spectrum's sole discretion. Customer will not connect any equipment, other than equipment authorized by Spectrum, to the Spectrum Network. When Spectrum installs the Internet Service, Customer will need a network interface card or adapter providing an Ethernet connection. Alternatively, Customer may connect to a networking device (commonly referred to as a router or gateway).
Minimum Equipment Requirements. A MSFU shall consist of a showering unit (trailer), potable water vehicle, hand washing sinks and all peripheral equipment and trailers necessary to mobilize and support the shower unit and its personnel. Listed below are the minimum equipment requirements for a MSFU.

The HCDA will assist the Selected Proposer in funding the purchase of the equipment and software. Proposers shall include in their proposals equipment and technology funding they will allocate toward the proposed parking facilities outlined in the proposal. In the event that HCDA funding is not available, Proposers shall include in their proposals their willingness to finance the purchase based on a 10-year amortization and the proposed annual amount that would be due from HCDA. Proposers must provide a minimum of the following in their proposal:
a. Ticket dispensing units: a minimum of two (2) at each entrance point to include the new north lot and primary lot activated by cameras.
b. Credit card payment units: a minimum of two (2) at the new north lot exit and three at the main lot or alternative methodology as proposed.
c. Walk and pay unit: a minimum of one (1) in the terminal for cash and pre-payment alternatives, or alternative methodology proposed.
d. License plate recognition cameras to monitor ingress and egress points: number TBD at locations as recommended by the Selected Proposer to support both lots. Proposers shall identify proposed locations and quantities.
e. Software and computers for the revenue control system.
f. A 24 hour/7-days per week customer call center that can be accessed at the exit point for real time troubleshooting and issue resolution.
g. A 24 hour/7-days per week on-call software company helpdesk for assistance to resolve problems impacting Selected Proposer’s ability to provide customer service.

SOP shall include, at a minimum, the following: air quality mitigation, disinfecting / cleaning process, personnel protection materials/equipment, and training provided to attendant on duty.
4) Daily services shall include Attendant (including posting hours of operation), daily cleaning (including posting of cleaning schedule), and Berth Roster.
5) Miscellaneous items such as: a.) Sleeping Bag and Pillow Rental, b.) Sleeping Bag and Pillow cleaning, and Damaged or Missing Rented Items- Sleeping Bags/Pillows shall be included in the daily rate.
