Common use of Internal References Clause in Contracts

Internal References. Any plainly erroneous references or citations to Articles and Sections in this Agreement, including all its incorporated documents, will allow either Party to demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the other Party the intended reference or citation based on logic, context and previous versions of contractual documents.
