Common use of Internal Referral Clause in Contracts

Internal Referral. 31.2.1 If a dispute arises in relation to any aspect of this PPP Agreement, the Parties shall through mutual consultation, without involving any third parties, use their reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute. 31.2.2 In the event that the dispute remains unresolved for a period of 10 (ten) Business Days after either Party has requested such consultation in writing, either Party shall be entitled to refer the matter to arbitration.
