Internally Appointed Candidates Sample Clauses
Internally Appointed Candidates i. A ▇▇▇▇/Associate ▇▇▇▇ shall retain any existing FTE service and shall continue to accrue FTE service in her/his DDP, as provided in the Agreement in Article 7 – Seniority.
ii. Where a ▇▇▇▇/Associate ▇▇▇▇ has FTE service in more than one (1) DDP, FTE service will accrue in the DDP where he/she has the larger amount of FTE service.
