Common use of [International Applications Governed Exclusively by the Agreement Clause in Contracts

[International Applications Governed Exclusively by the Agreement. An international application governed exclusively by the Agreement shall be subject to the payment of the basic fee, the complementary fee and, where applicable, the supplementary fee, specified in item 1 of the Schedule of Fees. Those fees shall be paid in two instalments of ten years each. For the payment of the second instalment, Rule 30 shall apply.
