Common use of International Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in Part C of this Section, goods shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section II of the Guidelines and paragraph 5 of Appendix 1 thereto.
