Common use of International Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and non-consulting services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding procedures, which may at the Borrower’s option be subject to Domestic Preference, as per paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 of the Procurement Guidelines.

International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods goods, works and non-consulting consultant services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding procedures, which may at the Borrower’s option be subject to Domestic Preference, as per Bidding. The provisions of paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 of the Procurement GuidelinesGuidelines and Appendix 2 thereto shall apply to goods manufactured in the territory of the Borrower (other than goods manufactured in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the Macau Special Administrative Region of the Borrower).
