Common use of International Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods, works and non-consulting services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding subject to the following additional procedures: (a) the Procurement Plan shall specify the circumstances under which such procurement method may be used; and (b) standard bidding documents and procedures approved by the Bank shall be used.

International Competitive Bidding.
