Common use of International Supplement Clause in Contracts

International Supplement. This International Supplement amends certain terms and conditions of, and is made a part of, the Quest Diagnostics Incorporated Equity Award Agreement dated as of [, 2018] (the “Agreement”) to which this International Supplement is attached as Appendix B. This International Supplement applies to awards made to individuals who are not United States citizens or residents, as such term is defined by the Internal Revenue Code, and who are employed outside the United States. Capitalized terms that are used without definition in this International Supplement have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.
