International Standards. In determining whether an international standard, guide, or recommendation within the meaning of Articles 2 and 5 and Annex 3 of the TBT Agreement exists, each Party shall apply the principles set out in Decisions and Recommendations adopted by the Committee since 1 January 1995, G/TBT/1/Rev.8, 23 May 2002, Section IX (Decision of the Committee on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations with relation to Articles 2, 5 and Annex 3 of the Agreement), issued by the WTO Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade.
International Standards. 1. Each Party shall use relevant international standards, guides, and recommendations, to the extent provided in Articles 2.4 and 5.4 of the TBT Agreement, as a basis for its technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures. 2. In determining whether an international standard, guide, or recommendation for purposes of Articles 2, 5, and Annex 3 of the TBT Agreement exists, each Party shall apply Decision of the Committee on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations with relation to Articles 2, 5 and Annex 3 of the Agreement (Annex 4 to G/TBT/9), adopted on November 13, 2000 by the WTO Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade.
International Standards. For the purpose of this Chapter, standards issued, in particular, by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) shall be considered as relevant international standards in the sense of Article 2.4 of the TBT Agreement.
International Standards. 1. Each Party shall use relevant international standards, to the extent provided in Article 2.4 of the TBT Agreement, as a basis for its technical regulations.
2. In determining whether an international standard, guide or recommendation within the meaning of Articles 2 and 5 and Annex 3 of the TBT Agreement exists, each Party shall apply the principles set out in Decisions and Recommendations adopted by the Committee since 1 January 1995, G/TBT/1/Rev.8, 23 May 2002, Section IX (Decision of the Committee on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations with relation to Articles 2, 5 and Annex 3 of the Agreement), issued by the WTO Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade.
International Standards. 1. Each Party shall use relevant international standards and guides or recommendations to the extent provided in paragraph 4 of Article 2 and paragraph 4 of Article 5 of the TBT Agreement, as a basis for its technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures. 2. Each Party shall encourage its national standardizing bodies to cooperate with the relevant national standardizing bodies of the other Party in international standardizing activities. Such cooperation may take place in regional and international standardizing bodies of which they are both members.
International Standards. The Parties shall use international standards, guidelines and recommendations, or the relevant parts of international standards, as a basis for their technical regulations and related conformity assessment procedures where relevant international standards exist or their completion is imminent, unless such international standards or their relevant parts are ineffective or inappropriate to fulfil legitimate objectives.
International Standards. The rights and freedoms set forth in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and its Protocols shall apply directly in Bosnia and Herzegovina. These shall have priority over all other law.
International Standards. For the purposes of this Chapter, "international standards" means the standards, guidelines and recommendations of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) and the relevant international and regional Organisations operating within the framework of the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC).
International Standards. The Parties and the Signatory Parties agree to strengthen their national standardization, technical regulation, conformity assessment and metrology systems, based on relevant international standards or international standards in imminent completion.

In determining whether an international standard, guide, or recommendation within the meaning of Articles 2, 5 and Annex 3 of the TBT Agreement exists, each Party shall apply the Decision of the Committee on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations with relation to Articles 2, 5 and Annex 3 of the 6-1 Agreement adopted since January 1, 19951 by the WTO Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade (hereinafter referred to as the "TBT Committee").
