International Transfer of Data. End User personal data may be sent to facilities hosted outside of the country where End User purchased or utilizes the Products. VECTRA will comply with the European Economic Area and Swiss data protection law regarding the collection, use, transfer, retention, and other processing of personal data from the European Economic Area and Switzerland, including the execution of EU Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfer, where applicable.
