Internet and Third-Party Website Restrictions. A. A Wellness Advisor may not use or attempt to register any of Magneceutical Health’s trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks, product names, URLs, advertising phrases, the Company’s name or any derivative thereof, for any purpose including, but not limited to, Internet domain names (URL), third party websites, e-mail addresses, web pages, or blogs.
