Common use of Internet Banner Notifications Clause in Contracts

Internet Banner Notifications. The Settlement Notice Administrator shall, pursuant to the Parties’ agreement, establish banner notifications on the internet that will provide settlement-related information to Class Members and shall utilize additional internet-based notice efforts as to be agreed to by the Parties.
