Internet/Email Access Clause Samples

The Internet/Email Access clause defines the terms under which employees or users may access and use internet and email services provided by an organization. Typically, this clause outlines acceptable and prohibited uses, such as restricting access to certain websites, forbidding the use of company email for personal or illegal activities, and specifying monitoring rights. Its core function is to set clear boundaries for digital communications and protect the organization from security risks, legal liabilities, and misuse of its technological resources.
