Internet Support Clause Samples

The Internet Support clause defines the obligations and responsibilities related to providing technical assistance and maintenance for internet-based services or connectivity. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of support, such as troubleshooting connectivity issues, maintaining network infrastructure, or offering help desk services, and may specify response times or support hours. Its core practical function is to ensure that users or clients have reliable access to internet services and a clear process for resolving technical problems, thereby minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
Internet Support. Commencing in August 2005, Vendor shall provide internet support to BTE twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.
