Interpretation and Conclusions Clause Samples

Interpretation and Conclusions. Work to date by government and industry geologists on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ property has shown it to be underlain predominantly by tholeiitic basalt, a prospective rock type when exploring for mesothermal gold deposits. More importantly, quartz veins and iron carbonate alteration are abundant, and a number of significant showings are known to occur, in spite of the sparse exposure on the property. A significant gold grain in till anomaly occurs on the property, and broad-based geochemical surveys by the Ontario Geological Survey have produced anomalies that have never been explored (Fig. 8). Warrior’s soil geochemical survey has also generated anomalies that are worth following up. Potential east-west structures, not previously factored into exploration planning, are likely to be important in the concentration of gold. Geological and magnetic information define an east-trending stratigraphy, the distribution of which may be at least partially controlled by structures. Warrior’s geochemical and geophysical surveys cover a limited portion of the property, but even so, Warrior has confirmed the presence of mineralization on the property and demonstrated that the property is prospective. Warrior has also shown that examples of previously unknown, near-surface gold mineralization can still be found on the property. Drilling of the Bullseye magnetic anomaly has discounted it as a possible kimberlite target, but may have encountered the fringes of a VMS style alteration pipe. The presence of pyrite-pyrrhotite±chalcopyrite stringers, abundant calcite-epidote alteration, local chlorite stringers and local Cu-Au anomalism are all consistent with this hypothesis. The abundance of altered intrusions in the drill core is intriguing from the point of view of possibly powering a hydrothermal system. The reason for the circular magnetic anomaly remains unclear, as no hydrothermal magnetite was seen in drill core. The magnetic anomaly is obviously due to strongly magnetic basalt, but the shape of the anomaly is puzzling. The geology, geochemistry, alteration and abundance of known mineralization all point to a prospective property, which has new avenues to pursue, both in terms of new concepts and new geochemical anomalies. It is also worth noting that little modern exploration has been conducted on the property. It is clear that further exploration of this property is justified.
Interpretation and Conclusions. The reason for acquiring the Daguan leases was the potential of the property to host ▇▇▇▇▇▇-style ore bodies. The presence of gold mineralization and high potential to find more mineralization and possibly economic mineral deposits through well planned and well executed exploration programs was paramount in this original decision.. The Daguan property has been advanced, through the opening up of the Maohaopo showing in the oxide zone by unauthorized miners, to a stage whereby it may be possible in a very short period of time to develop a gold resource by completing detailed mapping followed by trenching and drilling. Apart from the Maohaopo workings, the presence of the Daguan Mine on a mapped structure 500 m north of the licences' north boundary shows the affinity of the Triassic sediments to host gold mineralization. The structure as it trends south of the Daguan Mine workings becomes buried under loose till varying from a few meters to perhaps several tens of meters. With the lack of exploration other than by a follow - the - ore mining, the illegal miners would have no idea of the potential of the fault extension. On a satellite image (Fig.12) it is obvious that the main mineralized structure continues south of the Mine and bisects the Daguan Property. From the government geological survey (Fig.6) and from three field visits to the area by the author it is also evident that Triassic rocks capable of hosting ▇▇▇▇▇▇ style deposits are also present on a large percentage of the Daguan Property.
Interpretation and Conclusions. The qualified person must summarize the interpretations of and conclusions based on the data and analysis in the technical report summary. He or she must also discuss any significant risks and uncertainties that could reason- ably be expected to affect the reli- ability or confidence in the exploration results, mineral resource or mineral re- serve estimates, or projected economic outcomes.
Interpretation and Conclusions. Current data indicates the P▇▇▇▇▇ property contains two major zones of gold mineralization typical of other gold deposits in the district and region. The CX and Range Front zones are major brittle structural features that focused hydrothermal fluid flow and gold mineralization. Analytical results from drilling completed through February 15, 2005 by Atna and previous operators has outlined two gold-bearing mineral zones which remain open in several areas along strike and dip. These two zones display numerous physical and geochemical similarities to the neighboring G▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Turquoise Ridge, and Twin Creeks Mines, all of which are considered C▇▇▇▇▇-type, sediment-hosted gold deposits and are currently being commercially exploited. Drill-hole intercept data is sufficiently dense within the CX and Range Front zones to provide an adequate level of confidence for the resource estimates established in Section 17 of this report. The resource modeling techniques utilized in this Technical Report are considered consistent with practices currently in use in the mining industry. The density of the current drill coverage, primarily at depth, is relatively wide-spaced and, as a result, a high proportion of the resource remains in the Inferred category. Additional drilling is required to raise confidence levels, particularly in the deeper portions of both the CX and Range Front, where drill-hole p▇▇▇▇▇-points are generally on greater than 200-foot centers. Future drilling campaigns are planned with this objective in view, and should be part of an overall program to complete a pre-feasibility study, mine plan and establish mineral reserves within the CX and Range Front zones.
