INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS89. 1.01 For the purpose of this Agreement: (a) "Employer" means the University of New Brunswick, that is, the Corporation of the University of New Brunswick as incorporated under Chapter 63 of the Acts 22 Victoria (1859), as amended, and continued by the University of New Brunswick Act (1968), as amended, and any person(s) duly appointed by it to act on its behalf. (b) "Union" means the Unifor Local 4504 bargaining unit as described in Clause 3.01, and any person(s) duly appointed by it to act on its behalf.
