Interpretation and Enforcement of This Agreement. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the plain meaning of its terms and not strictly for or against either party hereto. The Company expressly reserves the right to enforce any and all provisions of the Agreement. In the event of a breach or violation of this Agreement by the Executive, the Company may pursue all appropriate avenues of relief, including bringing legal action against the Executive, provided under this Agreement.
