Because Executive has been advised to seek counsel prior to signing this Agreement, the parties agree that the general rule that the document shall be interpreted against the party that drafted it shall not apply to any subsequent issue of interpretation. In the event a dispute arises over the terms of this Agreement, both Executive and Company are equal without regard to who authored this document.
