Common use of Interpretation and resolution of disputes Clause in Contracts

Interpretation and resolution of disputes. This agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the law of the country in which Eurocard is located. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the country in which Eurocard is located. Nevertheless, Eurocard reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings at a court in another country if the account holder is incorporated there or have assets in that country.
