Interpretation and Severability. This Lease shall be construed as a whole according to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. Whenever possible, each provision shall be interpreted in such a manner as to be valid under applicable law, but if any provision of the Lease is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Lease, and the Lease shall otherwise remain in force and effect.
