At Will Employment and Termination. (a) Employee and Unique agree and understand that the Employee is an “at-will” employee. Unique shall have the right and power to terminate the Employee’s employment under this Agreement at any time for any reason or for no reason (except as is specifically prohibited by law).
At Will Employment and Termination. Likewise, Employer may terminate Employee’s employment at any time for any reason. Employer does not guarantee or promise any form of notice, warning, corrective action or progressive discipline before termination.
