INTERPRETATION GUIDELINES. In this Agreement: the use of any gender shall include all genders; the singular number shall include the plural and the plural the singular as the context may require; whenever the context may require, any pronouns used herein shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms; the words "include," "including," and "such as" shall each be construed as if followed by the phrases "without being limited to"; the words "herein," "hereof," "hereunder" and words of similar import shall be construed to refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Section hereof unless expressly so stated; the section headings herein are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect in any way the interpretation of any of the provisions hereof.
INTERPRETATION GUIDELINES. A reference to a person, corporation, trust, partnership, unincorporated body or other entity includes any of them. · A reference to an article, a clause, a chapter or a schedule is a reference to an article, a clause, a chapter or a schedule of this Agreement. · The singular includes the plural and conversely, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
INTERPRETATION GUIDELINES. When the Employer identifies a need for a Multi Facility/Agency Position under 26.02 Multi Facility/Agency Positions the following processes shall be followed. Clarification of this Article is provided by the two (2) examples below: The Employer requires a registered nurse to be regularly scheduled in more than one Facility. Each facility is located in a different former Regional Health Authority with one facility in Kipling (fSCHR) and one facility in Wolseley (fRQHR). The creation of a position like this is permissible as provided in Article 26.02 (a) in the first part of that provision. The following process shall be used to establish the position, beginning with the second part of Article 26.02:
INTERPRETATION GUIDELINES. 2.1 The contracting parties entered into a written participating service provider agreement (“the PPN Agreement”) in terms of which the participating service provider is appointed as a preferred provider for rendering optometric benefits, to beneficiaries (both as defined in the PPN Agreement) of contracted medical schemes, listed in Annexure E to the PPN Agreement.
2.2 The definitions in clause 2.3 of the PPN Agreement, shall also apply to this addendum.
INTERPRETATION GUIDELINES. This contract is freely stipulated and solemnized by both parties, who have an equal position in negotiating the terms therein. The contract is not to be interpreted in favor of the party who/which had not drafted it, as it is a freely established relationship between two equal parties under applicable US, State of Texas applicable Law.
