Sub-Franchise Sample Clauses

Sub-Franchise. The Franchisee has the full right to grant sub-franchises to its Affiliates. The Franchisee shall not under the terms of this Agreement have the right to grant sub-franchises to any other third parties without Franchisor’s prior consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Franchisee shall procure that any of its sub-franchisees fully comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Franchisee shall be responsible for any acts (and omissions) of its sub-franchisees as if they were Franchisee's own acts (and omissions).
