Interpretation; Order of Precedence. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any of its attachments or exhibits, the terms of this Agreement shall control. If Service Provider and the Academy have entered into a Purchase Order concerning the goods or services that are the subject of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
