Common use of Interpretation Rules Clause in Contracts

Interpretation Rules. Subject to the express provisions of the Plan, the Board and Committee shall also have complete authority to interpret the Plan, to prescribe, amend and rescind rules and regulations relating to it, to determine the details and provisions of each Stock Option Agreement, and to make all other determinations necessary or advisable for the administration of the Plan, including, without limitation, the amending or altering of the Plan and any Options granted hereunder as may be required to comply with or to conform to any federal, state or local laws or regulations.
