INTERPRETATION SERVICES. 1. The Organization shall select and contract as many international-level – AIIC members – interpreters as necessary to service the needs of the session in the five official languages of the Organization, in accordance with the Agreement UN/AIIC, and will take on the payment of their fees.
INTERPRETATION SERVICES. In accordance with 42 CFR § 438.10(d)(4), Contractor shall arrange for interpretation services to its Members free of charge for services it provides, including, but not limited to the member services helpline described in Section 4.3.
1. Contractor shall notify its Members of the availability of these services and how to obtain them. The requirement to provide interpretation applies to all non-English languages. Interpretation services shall include American Sign Language and other signed languages interpretation services for deaf individuals. Additionally, Contractor shall ensure that its Participating Providers arranges for interpretation services to Members seeking healthcare-related services in a provider's service location. This includes ensuring that Participating Providers who have twenty- four (24) hour access to healthcare services in their service locations (e.g. hospital emergency departments) shall provide Members with twenty-four (24) hour oral interpreter services, either through in-person or telephonic interpreters. For example, Contractor shall ensure that Participating Providers provide TTY services for hard of hearing Members, oral interpreters, and American Sign Language and other signed languages interpreters. For purposes of this section, the terms “Contractor shall arrange for” and “Contractor shall ensure” means that Contractor’s network of Participating Providers shall fulfill those requirements.
INTERPRETATION SERVICES. Participating PCSD personnel will provide an opportunity for subjects with limited English language proficiency to request an interpreter. Qualified foreign language interpreters will be provided by the PCSD, as needed. The PCSD will maintain a list of qualified interpreters or companies it contracts with to provide such interpreters. Participating law enforcement personnel will be instructed on the proper administrative procedures to follow to obtain the services of an interpreter. A qualified interpreter, which may include PCSD personnel, means an interpreter who can interpret effectively, accurately, and impartially, using any specialized vocabulary. If an interpreter is used when a designated officer is performing functions under this MOA, the interpreter must be identified, by name, in records.
INTERPRETATION SERVICES. Xxxxxx Street is committed to ensuring that there are no unreasonable obstacles that would otherwise prevent an employee from performing their job responsibilities. Employees who may need interpretive or translation services in a language other than English shall contact HR for assistance. Employees shall have a right to interpretation upon employee request for annual reviews, investigative meetings, and discipline meetings. In addition, HR may provide interpretation or translation in other circumstances.

Some interpreters may be recruited locally provided they are members of the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) and meet the requirements of the Organization. The interpreters' fees shall be paid by the Organization.
2. In case the authorities of the host country should determine that interpretation to and from … is necessary for all or part of the sessions, the due selection and hiring of the corresponding team(s) of interpreters would be up to the Government.
